I lost my Realm

I logged into my Cubic Castle account (of course) and when I was about to place my new realm (actually I already placed it) my game got disconnected from the server. And as soon as I logged in back, MY NEW REALM'S GONE. Even in my inventory it wasn't there! Please, help me get my 500 pesos realm! :(

The cause is undetermined. Admin team is aware of the issue and will be fixed as soon as possible.
