Hint Sign and Crude Signpost have the same name when clicked in the inventory.

They both share the name "Crude Signpost", while one of them is actually Hint Sign

    There are so many little things that need to be fixed in game. Like how when you go to the recipe for the stove in the Learning Center it requires metal plates but when you go to how you make a metal plate it calls it an iron plate. Which is really confusing for anyone new lol. These names be wack.
