Price check on black cat kennels

I haven't really played the game in a while.

Could anyone please tell me the price of a level 47 black cat kennel? I recently sold a level 0 one for 30k and I think I just got ripped off. :c

    Lvl 0 black cats are usually 70-90k
    Lvl 50 black cats probably 110-ish...?? Im not sure about lvl 50
