Everytime i want to level up i always fast build but i always kept crashing if i build fast???

When moving a little faster then the max allowed you tend to get kicked out to prevent you from exploiting this unusual speed. Getting kicked like this could happen when you experience some lag or another form of delay. At least this is one of the possibilities. :)

Also occurs because of this naturally when quickly placing "halves," as for whatever reason, you place them faster than you're supposed to while stacking them.
