Yes this topic is quite weird I just wanted too say, erm this isn't mathematically possible xD

    Its just because there is only 2 decimal places so its rounded up.
    There were 32 votes at the time you took your screenshot so each vote was 3.125%
    If you want the figure for each
    YES votes were 25 (which would be 78.125%)
    and NO votes were 7 (which would be 21.875%)

    So the actual totals are 78.125% + 21.875% = 100%

    As both of those percentages end in 5 it got rounded up due to the 2 decimal spaces.
    Which is why you have the extra 0.1%

    Pretty standard to round up in maths, c'mon kids get to class.

    Why do we use 2 decimal spaces? Well divide 10 by 3 without them :)
