Where is Unlocked camera?

Well, the option doesn't appear in the menu (as always it was), and i need to know what happened to it, or how to unlock,
I really have a limited looking of all spaces.

Para desbloquear la camara tienes que escribir en el chat "I DEFY BETAMAX!" y cerrar el juego por completo , luego ve a la parte de opciones - tweaks - unlock camera y ahi sabras que hacer :)
