i watched him over and over and i saw him and i said i am andy an old friend because i saw him he use alts lvl 0 and it is so very slow and it drops 30+ or 60+ tophats and she has a sister named *fiery slayer* . and i found out that they are scamming in vends

Also, if you report scamming, you have to provide valid proof, at least in a form of screenshots. If you got nothing and still want to report it, then I'd suggest you to contact support. Locking this.
