I waited 2 weeks to Logged in in CC but I can't... I don't know why I'm in Android Tablet.I really don't like this know I wasted my time to wait to see my friends pls help.

Did you try reinstalling? Have you played this game before? Also try contatcing support.

I don't think a perm ban would stop the game from running, it might but, from my knowledge it just sends you to cubic jail

Incorrect. With permanent ban you can't pass by connecting screen.
