My new realm dissapeard!

I buyed 7500 cubits in the cubit store and i buyed a 77x77 desert realm from it . I wanted to name it cubic town but that wasnt allowed. So i named it sand city but when i placed it it dissapeard! I cant find it on the map or in the lobby and i dont have it in my inventory anymore! Can someone please help me. I payed real money for it.

happened to me a year or two ago. i was going to make a cubic learning center 2 for more detailed information about crafting and scam awareness etc but when i tried the msg popped up saying i couldn't. Just contact support ^^^ They should be able to help you out :D have a great day
