Press Hat was a hat youtubers got for getting 300 Subs and good content. It was worth around 700,000c. It was abused by cheaters so they stopped giving them out. Players started to sell them, therefore making the Devs angry to which they announced it'd be within the Hat Pack. (Ct)Mr. Penguin

It's roughly 3,500 XP per Pet level. You'll be able to do the math for perks - the XP would get greater per level, but I've never tested past levels 10 xD!

I think it's 1/15 blocks for cubits, give or take perks.

Therefore they are not completely random :)
