My Questions of Some Mine Ores Daily Quest(Answered)

I have a 3 quest and its mine 32 raw coal , 24 raw iron ,and 28 raw gold.
My 1st Question is,Do the quest will be finished by:
A.numbers of raw ore blocks mined in mines or
B.how many ores is in your inventory.
I always check my inventory and I really reach the limit and still Didn't finish the quest.
My 2nd Question is,If the answer is A is boulders included to the blocks?
A.Yes
B.No
